The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to Havatas station, making transportation to and from the airport a breeze. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh options to start the day right. the hotel facilities including the gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath are well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience for guests.
The language barrier with some of the cleaning staff made it challenging to communicate our needs effectively.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. We loved how convenient it was to explore the area and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant, which had a great variety of options.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, close to main square and metro. Enjoyed facilities such as gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Warm pool water. Helpful and honest reception staff.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, situated close to Taksim square and the city center. It was perfect for shopping, exploring, and feeling safe during our walks. the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of choices, and we appreciated the added bonus of complimentary bottles of water, especially on sunny summer days. The staff was helpful and pleasant, our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath.
There was nothing we didn't like.
